We are currently staying here and everything is amazing. When arriving in the room they provided fresh pastries with a traditional almond flavored drink. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Anything we needed they were there. Even though the rooms are a little small the design is so smart and beautiful it doesn’t even matter. Whomever the interior designer was deserves a raise. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. For the new year they provided in our room this chocolate bar that looked like art and honestly some of the best chocolate I’ve ever had. They also have left us the cutest little personalized notes after every cleaning. The area is safe and central to all the highlights. It truly is the perfect little boutique hotel. It’s been an amazing experience. If you have the chance to stay here, do it. You won’t regret it! Thank you!

Amazing experience all around. I’ve never witnessed a friendlier staff at any establishment anywhere. Everyone went above and beyond to provide an unforgettable experience, I can’t wait to return. To be honest, felt like my stay was free based on the how much was offered. Best hotel experience ever in all my travels!

Look no further for your stay in Lisbon! Wish we were staying longer at São Vicente Alfama! The hotel is wonderfully located in Alfama, the premise + rooms are beautiful and clean, but the best part was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. We were greeted with smiles, a treat and glass of sparkling. Throughout our stay everyone was eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and we were enjoying ourselves. Another couple and I booked a wonderful walking tour with Joana, who accommodated all our wants and needs. Thank you so very much to all at São Vicente - we can't wait to return!

BEST boutique hotel experience I've had in Europe. The staff and customer service were top notch from our arrival to our departure. Everybody was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel itself and rooms are beautiful, modern, quiet, and luxurious. From our welcome cocktail and pastries, to our amazing breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant, to the tour that was setup for us.... I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is wonderful and convenient, though do know it's a hilly neighborhood to roam!

We loved our stay at the TRIUS Sao Vicente. Our flight landed quite late, so it was after 10pm when we arrived, but we were greeted by name at reception and all the staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms were exceptional. Spacious and well appointed, with luxurious finishes. We even had some welcome drinks and Pastais Da Nata waiting for us in our room. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being located in the heart of Alfama. Many of the main sites were within a few minutes' walk. Visiting a little further afield was also easy, with #28 tram stopping just a minute or two walk away. We went to Belem one day, and were there less than an hour after leaving the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

We stayed for 5 days in our vacation in September and it was and unforgettable experience! Rooms are super clean and comfortable, breakfasts is fresh and delicious. Location is perfect if you want to have a unique experience living in Alfama. lots of good places to eat near by. And finally… the staff they are the best people in the world!!! Super attentive, helpful and kind. We recommend and can’t wait to be there again!

Absolutely exceptional in every way! The location is phenomenal and the hotel itself is spotless. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with plenty of space to store your clothing and other items and the beds are very comfortable. Small touches like unlimited complimentary bottled water, sparkling wine and sweet treats really make your stay incredibly inviting. Breakfast was fresh and a great variety of both buffet and a la carte options. The staff is what really sets this hotel apart though- no ask is too difficult. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

Had an excellent time here, the rooms are modern, and chiq, but still spacious. They really take care to give a personal touch to your stay. I took up the offer for the walking tour and got an amazing look at historic downtown Lisbon. Do not walk to the hotel from the train station if you have rolling bags. It's all up hill on cobblestone.
